New York man is charged with DUI after driving up a SKI slope at Vermont's Magic Mountain resort

Frederick P Bretcher, 59, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) after he drove a Range Rover up Magic Mountain in Vermont. It is New York local's second DUI charge.
