Ryanair and Virgin Atlantic worst for delaying refunds for cancelled holidays in 2020, says Which?

A survey by the UK consumer champion found a third of customers who had a flight cancelled by Ryanair and Virgin Atlantic waited more than three months for their cash back in 2020.
